Johannesburg – Today marks the debut of Ed Sheeran’s thrilling new album, Play (listen here).
To celebrate, he has released the official video for his recent single “Camera,” featuring Phoebe Dynevor (watch here).
The stunning single “Camera”, co-produced by ILYA (known for his work with Ariana Grande and Camila Cabello), Andrew Watt (Post Malone), and Louis Bell (Justin Bieber), showcases Sheeran’s remarkable talent for crafting ballads filled with meaningful lyrics.
Inspired by his wife, Cherry, this song exudes admiration and acts as a tribute to significant connections.
Directed by long-time collaborator Emil Nava, the official music video features Sheeran alongside Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor, illustrating the beginnings of a romantic relationship.
Entirely filmed from the characters’ perspectives on an iPhone, the video beautifully captures the authentic thrill of new love as they explore the quaint Old Town of Croatia, ride a moped, indulge in bar-hopping, and even share moments at one of Sheeran’s stadium shows.

This evening, Friday 12 September 2025, at 5 PM BST, Ed Sheeran will visit NPR’s offices for a unique livestreamed Tiny Desk performance.
