Tyson Fury’s Property Company Dissolved, Boxing Star Faces Setback

TYSON Fury’s real estate company has been officially dissolved after he failed to file any financial statements.

This represents yet another challenge for the 36-year-old boxing star, who announced his retirement from the ring for the fifth time in January following a loss to Oleksandr Usyk.

The former heavyweight titleholder, listed as the sole director of GreenwayBalmoral Ltd, has not submitted any documents since the company was established in January 2023, according to records from Companies House.

Last December, he received a warning and a fine stating that his real estate firm would be removed from the register within two months unless any objections were raised.

The company was dissolved last week through a mandatory strike-off process.

A source remarked: “Concerns for Tyson’s future remain following his unexpected retirement in January.

“Clearly, his focus isn’t on property development.

“His large fanbase is eager to see what he will pursue next.”

As a company director, he may incur personal fines for not filing accounts on time.

The initial fine is set at £1,500 for the first year, and it doubles for the second year.

Tyson’s company was intended for the “buying and selling of own real estate” and the “letting and managing of own or leased real estate.”

Fury lives in a property worth £1.7 million in Morecambe, Lancs, owns a £1 million house in Cheshire (currently occupied by his father, John), and has another residence in Lancaster worth £550,000.

Recent accounts from June 2024 reveal that his other company, Tyson Fury Ltd, saw its value rise from £52 million to £82 million in the financial year ending September 2023.

Tyson announced his most recent retirement last month, stating: “It’s been a blast.”

However, there is speculation regarding a possible comeback for a long-anticipated match against Anthony Joshua.
