Here’s what you need to know about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered and Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout. Both titles are available until 31 August 2020.

‘Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered’

Here’s your chance to join Soap, Ghost, and Price, and embark on “a gripping action-adventure and relive the incredible single-player campaign fully remastered with improved textures, animations, physically based rendering”.

Relive the exhilarating classic in stunning remastered quality. You’ll recall that Call of Duty: WWII was the PlayStation 4 freebie of the month back in June.

Paul Tassi from Forbes believes that the timing of this as a PS Plus freebie is “interesting because we are like about to hear what this fall’s Call of Duty is going to be”.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout‘ on PSN

Sony invites you to “be the last Fall Guy standing as you survive a series of wild challenges until only one victor remains” in this adorable yet chaotic 100-person obstacle course multiplayer gamer.

“Bend, bounce and bash your way through hilarious physics-based obstacles in brutal free-for-alls or co-op challenges where only the winning team advances to the next round.”

Julie Lee from Polygon says the “colours, sounds and variety of levels make it way too enjoyable”. Lee adds that when she’s not playing Fall Guy, she’s watching other people play Fall Guy”.

I can’t seem to get enough of these rotund guys bouncing and flopping around. There’s something about hearing somebody confidently declare, “I’m going to win this round,” then seeing them immediately flop off the stage into a pool of pink death lava that is amusing every single time.
